Read the bill before the upgrade menu
The rent guide located Weekly bills in the in-game phone’s banking section. Its recorded rent was a dated example, not a universal price for a home.
Read your own amount and due label first. An attractive item price does not show whether another bill, deposit or required journey still needs funding.
Write the purchase allowance
For a simple decision, subtract upcoming bills, essential planned costs and your chosen reserve from the game money you are willing to budget. The remainder is an optional purchase allowance.
Separate three kinds of cost
A household item, weekly rent and an ongoing operating cost affect the budget differently. A calculator result is clearer when those distinctions remain visible.
| Cost type | Question to answer |
|---|---|
| One-off purchase | What is charged when I confirm? |
| Recurring bill | What period and due time does it use? |
| Related extra cost | Will travel, power or other spending change? |
Keep preview and payment distinct
The calendar test charged on Place, while selecting the preview was uncharged. Use the current quote and commit control to identify where a purchase actually happens.
The active household-item wish is a separate reason to inspect a product. A recorded reward for one calendar did not establish that every item qualifies or that buying a property is required.
Should I spend every positive balance?
Only if that fits the reserve you deliberately chose. A positive surplus is not the same thing as disposable money after the next bill.
Is the cheapest displayed item always the best upgrade? Its value depends on your purpose and actual usable action. Compare what you will use, not only a catalog price.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
